Monica provides an active consultancy to schools working towards enriching Maths curriculum for K-12 grades. Consultancy, as against Teacher Training, is a continued association with the school. Keeping the schools’ needs as a base, Monica works out the required model in consultation with the school team. The work is done as an action research, keeping a cycle of feedback and checks. Monica prefers to work with the schools that have a progressive mindset for growth of both—students as well as teachers, i.e., schools which believe that just like students, the teachers also require a nurturing and nourishing environment.
